Publikon Online Portal of Social Sciences: principles and practise of data protection and handling

Publikon Online Portal of Social Sciences hereby publishes its principles and policies concerning data protection and handling, which it considers obligatory regarding itself. When establishing the following rules, we have adverted Law LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and on the publicity of data of public utility, furthermore the Law VI of 1998 on the protection of individuals during processing of personal data, and the Law LXXVI of 1999 on copyright.
The purpose of this announcement is to ensure that during data processing of personal data the rights and basic rights of freedom, with special regards to the right of privacy, stay respected, in all areas of service, for all individuals, regardless of nationality and place of residence.
